The team behind Melbourne’s Corner Hotel and Northcote Social Club are bringing Sydney a sister venue to Melbourne’s NSC – The Newtown Social Club, Sydney.
The Sydney NSC will offer the same atmosphere that’s known and loved at our Melbourne venues, a free entry social club with friendly staff, great food, great drinks and all our favourite local, national and international tunes pumping through the place.

Do you have wheelchair access?
The entire indoor area is one level and easily accessible to wheelchairs. There is also a wheelchair accessible bathroom.
Is there a smoking area?
Smoking is permitted in the open air courtyard at the rear of the venue.
Will there be live music?
We want seeing local, national and international touring acts to be a great experience for all involved: punters, artists, merch person, even the roadies, so we are taking the time to rebuild the band room to achieve the best possible use of the space.Unfortunately this takes time and is a little while away from being ready, but please be patient and sign up to receive our newsletter and follow us on Facebook.
Do you have poker machines?
No, the venue is proudly pokies free.
Are under 18s allowed in the pub?
The whole ground floor is authorised for minors until 10pm providing they are accompanied by a parent.
